Why not sign up for YWCA Hamilton’s very first Triathlon 10-week training program. Whether you intend on competing race day at the Women’s only Tri-a-tri on September 6th or you just want to try the training… this program is sure to be tons of work but a blast all the way! Leading the pack is our very own, Kim Agostino who has completed an immense number of triathlons herslef including 2 Ironmans! She is energetic, knowledgeable and will push you to your limits.
