Band Training

How do you and why would you train with bands? Answers are simple, tubing, bands, tera bands (all of the above) are a great alternative or addition to weight training. Bands are a great way to strengthen areas of your body without the impact of a weight on your joints. Whether you are looking to tone up, to strengthen or even to rehab an injury- bands are the way to go! at YWCA Hamilton- MacNab Street, we have a new Functional training apparatus that uses bands- check out the following pictures demonstrating some basic band exercises:
