Will You Be the YWCA’s Biggest Winner?
Starting January 10, 2010, the YWCA will be holding a health focused, friendly challenge to help our members get a jump on their 2010 fitness goals.
The challenge begins January 10, 2010. For a cost of $30, members will register current heart rate, blood pressure, weight, cardio and strength fitness levels, just to name a few.
Participants will be supported with a log book, a resource booklet, weekly tips and advice and some Biggest Winner Bootcamp classes.
After our final measures in March, we will have a celebration to crown the YWCA’s Biggest Winner!
The best part? Everyone will be a winner as we will have moved closer to health and wellness goals!!
