Laughter, The Best Medicine

Have you met someone who makes you laugh?  If not, it’s high time you start looking.  Laughing is a great way to stay healthy.  It releases endorphins that get the brain working and releases the stress that builds up each day.

 Here are some fun exercise quotes to put a smile on your face:
