Put On Your Dancing Shoes

Have you heard? According to the blogosphere, the latest fitness craze is ‘Dance Walking’ – boogeying your way to wherever you want to go. Expressing yourself, sharing your joie de vivre with passersby, and, incidentally, burning way more calories than you would with plain old-fashioned, so-last-year walking. It all started with this video from New York City news guy Ben Aaron:
