September is here and so is the YWCA’s next round of 1:4 Focused Small Group Personal Training. These 4 week workshops operate with up to 4 participants, guided by 1 personal trainer. Our topics this session include how to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight (suitable for all fitness levels), and how to “kickstart” your current program, designed to add intensity for more advanced participants.
