Get Your Game On!

Exercise doesn’t have to feel like work.  It can be fun too!!!  Try two (2) new forms of exercise this week.  Some examples are:

  • Rake up the leaves in the yard with the kids, then jump in them
  • Start a family football game at a local park
  • Play tag with the kids outside
  • Go for a family hike
