Exercise doesn’t have to feel like work. It can be fun too!!! Try two (2) new forms of exercise this week. Some examples are:
- Rake up the leaves in the yard with the kids, then jump in them
- Start a family football game at a local park
- Play tag with the kids outside
- Go for a family hike
