Tip #5– Throughout the holiday season, there can be many wonderful get-togethers with family and friends. These events are often loaded with goodies! So, today brings a few helpful hints to keep calories under control at the next event.
-Drink 2-3 glasses of water before you go to an event
-Make the first drink a non-alcohol drink (don’t drink your calories!)
-Alternate alcoholic drinks with soft drinks (or even better-water!!)
-Hit the veggies first before other tempting goodies-that way you’ll have fueled your body with great choices and hopefully, you’ll have left less room for treats!
