Tip #7-Today we will think about how we can fit in a little bit of extra fitness. Consider the following ideas:
-Don’t meet friends for coffee and dessert….meet for a hike! And, yes then maybe a warm drink after!
-Drop by the YWCA and ask for a guest pass. You and your friend can spend some time together working out!
-Take a few minutes during the day to do 15 squats, with overhead reaches 4-6 times during the day.
-at family gatherings, we tend to sit and visit. Change this-encourage people to go out for a walk and visit. Or, if the weather doesn’t allow this, what about a game of charades?
