YWCA Fitness Countdown to Christmas-Day 11

Tip#11-Did you know, the average person eats between 5000 and 7000 calories on Christmas Day?  Here’s an idea for you. Prepare yourself over the next two weeks by cutting out 100 calories in food and burning 200 extra calories a day in
exercise/movement (*watch for more about movement in the next post).  That is a 4200 calorie deficit!  Then go ahead and enjoy your Christmas Day without so much worry.  And just a reminder, this increase in calorie intake on Christmas day isn’t meant to carry to Boxing Day and the 27th and the 28th…….:)
