YWCA Fitness Countdown to Christmas-Day 17

Tip #17-Don’t put it off until January 1st!!!!!  If you are planning on making a New Year’s Resolution regarding weight loss, quitting smoking or any other issue that affects your health and well-being, my question to you is…why are you putting it off?   Anything worth doing is worth doing now!!  Do it right now-think about how powerful it will feel to take control now!!
