Tip #26-To wrap up our fitness countdown, my suggestion is to reflect on the day, noting what worked well and what you’d like to change for next year. Note this in your “Christmas 2013” notebook, and KEEP THIS NOTEBOOK FOR NEXT YEAR! And while you are at it, you can use this notebook (paper or electronic) idea for many things: birthdays, road trips, camping trips. Write out your ‘to do’ and ‘to take’ lists once and then keep them for next time!! A great time saver!!
