Yoga for Beginners

Yoga is a great compliment to any workout program, particularly running. The repetitive joint and muscle actions of running can make for some serious flexibility and/or muscle imbalance issues. Our triathlon coach, Kim, leads Yoga classes at the YWCA on a regular basis. Come and give us a try!
