Gardening this weekend?

Well…..its supposed to be beautiful outside this weekend! Hopefully you will find some time to spend in the garden! Although it may not feel like a traditional workout, you are still taxing those muscles with all the bending and lifting (do this safely by the way-squat strong up and down). Remember to warm up and stretch before you get moving. Check out the stretches below for some suggestions:
