“Live with Strength and Length” during Life Long Learning Week

As part of the 2014 Life Long Learning week, YWCA Hamilton is proud to offer a free evening workshop on Monday, September 15 from 7pm-8pm at the MacNab Street YWCA (75 MacNab Street South).

The “Live with Strength and Length” workshop is designed to provide awareness of spinal health and overall posture.  Participants will become aware of what his/her spinal functions are and how the spine is positioned to enhance your overall sense of well being.  Positive energy, enhanced blood flow, improved posture and core awareness will be achieved during this session.
