Our summer class schedule starts this coming Sunday, June 28th! What’s new at macnab for this term?
1) TOUGH training! Build your endurance for your own goals, or train for an “obstacle event”. TOUGH training will help you climb, crawl and challenge yourself to new strengths! Starts Saturday, July 4 at 10:30 in the fitness centre!
2) Core and Balance Conditioning-A blend of movements designed to strengthening core, improve posture and balance and finally stretching to increase flexibility. Starts Tuesday, June 30 at 9:30 in the fitness centre.
3) Pure Cardio- High energy cardio only workout, fast paced moves & great fun for all. Starts Thursday, July 2 at 9:30 in the Auditorium.
