If you are looking for fit tips, recipes, nutrition tips and program ideas, the YWCA’s Sweet ’16 Challenge begins in a few days!!
What is it? Fitness members will be meeting with their trainers next week to set their goals for the next 6 weeks. They will stay connected with their trainers over the 6 week time frame for motivation and support, AND be signing up to follow us here, for loads of information to support them in achieving their goals!
Interested? This challenge is open to all YWCA fitness members! Fees? None-just part of the support given to our awesome fitness members!
