The Forgotten Core…..

As we often spend a lot of time sitting on our glutes, these muscles become weaker and inhibited, that is, they don’t fire (or “turn on”) when asked to. As a result, our lower back, among other muscles, fire in a pattern they shouldn’t to make up for this inhibition.
